The Greatest Speech Ever Given...Again?

Obama, as we have been told over and over, is a great orator.  If that is true, why is listening to him so hard? This speech tonight (9-8-2011) was the same warmed over meatloaf (h/t Ann Coulter) the left has put in front us many times. Warning:  the follow clip contains the F-word

But let me try to give a different perspective without descontructing the speech line by line.
Has he not been the President for the past 32 months?  Because what I heard was the same ideas that were in the Stimulus Package.  "this is about three things, jobs, jobs, and jobs".  Remember that?  But this speech was a jobs plan.   Huh?  Are you admitting that the Stimulus Package didn't work?  This plan is for bridges, roads and construction projects.    What about all those shovel-ready jobs?  WARNING:  This clip may cause you to say the F-word

It will put teachers back to work and give money to schools.  Huh?  We did this already.  Or was the Stimulus exactly what I have suspected all along, a payback for getting Obama elected?
Besides saying "pass it now" 18 times, he said people must pay their fair share for the millionth time.  I get so sick of this.  If impacting the economy was all about fairness, then in the spirit of listening to all good ideas no matter who proposes it, how about the 9-9-9 plan.  That is Herman Cain's (R) idea that we pay 9% corporate tax 9% income tax and 9% sales tax.  Sounds like an idea that is fair.
What I found completely hilarious is in one paragraph he says he wants to eliminate "loopholes"/taxbreaks that only the rich can get.  In the next paragraph, he pitches tax breaks that only business owners and the rich can get.  Huh?  So he doesn't like the one that touts a yacht as a second home, but he does like the one that is "his idea".  Well, how very Castro of him.
This President first acted like nothing came before him.  The Constitution is a living and breathing document.  There has been no New Deal, No Fair Deal, TARP and a Stimulus.  But tonight he took it to a whole new level.  He acted as if HE has never said any of this before.  Wait.  My short-term memory just kicked in,  he did say everything he was proposing HAS BEEN supported by both sides of the aisle.  This means that WE HAVE ALREADY TRIED THIS.
What we need in this country is a President that understands Capitalism.  What we need is a President that understands that less regulations means more revenues.  What we need is a President that does not punish prosperity.  What we need is a President that doesn't say the  opposing statements depending on to whom he is speaking:  Corporations are having record profits while the working people are not earning a good wage (paraphrase)  or is the recovery is slower than we expected.  What we don't need is a President that acts like Donkey Kong relentlessly chucking the same barrels at the American people over and over.
